Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

Location: Old Woking

Schedule: Mixture of days and nights

Salary: £36,000 - £38,600

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Old Woking. This permanent position involves a mixture of day and night shifts, providing high-quality care to low-risk private patients dealing with addictions and eating disorders.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor their effects.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Valid NMC registration.
- Experience in treating patients with addictions and eating disorders preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
