Rate of Pay: Starting from £22.50 per hour + Additional Benefits

Are you an experienced nurse looking for a rewarding role in a well-established, high-quality care home? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Complex Care team in Ivybridge, Devon.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering person-centred care to those with complex healthcare needs, ensuring their well-being and dignity are always at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with complex medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, ensuring all care plans are up to date.
• Support the well-being of residents, promoting independence wherever possible.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a nursing home environment is essential.
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
• Passionate about providing outstanding care and making a positive impact on residents’ lives.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
