Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with complex medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' conditions, ensuring all care plans are up to date.
- Support the well-being of residents, promoting independence wherever possible.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Previous experience working in a nursing home environment is essential.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Passionate about providing outstanding care and making a positive impact on residents’ lives.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
