Are you an experienced healthcare Manager looking for your next challenge? We are working with a Plastic Surgery Group who is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to ensure high standards of service delivery, patient care, and compliance. About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our private hospital/clinic, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining a safe, effective environment for both staff and patients. You will be responsible for managing risk, optimizing performance, and ensuring our services meet both internal and external quality standards.

Registered Manager/ Hospital Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full adherence to CQC requirements and compliance monitoring.
  • Lead site audits and ensure the facility is always prepared for external regulatory inspections.
  • Oversee staff management, including recruitment, appraisals, training, and HR processes.
  • Work with the Governance Team to implement safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct and maintain site risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Manage financial performance, including capacity planning, stock management, and KPI achievement.
  • Attend and chair meetings to support training, operations, and governance.
  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the site and its satellite locations.
  • Provide support during investigations and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Act as the Responsible Person for Health & Safety and Safeguarding Lead for the site.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in healthcare management within a CQC-regulated setting.
  • Strong background in operational and financial management within a hospital or surgical unit.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Knowledge of stock management and clinical & non-clinical operations.
  • A registered healthcare professional (RGN or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
