Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hourly Rate: £24.00 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (1 supernumerary shift, 2 clinical shifts)

About the Role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and support. The role offers a unique balance of both supernumerary and clinical hours, with 1 shift being supernumerary and 2 clinical shifts each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and clinical expertise to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
• Support the Home Manager in managing the nursing home and maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Lead by example, providing hands-on clinical care where necessary.
• Supervise and support nursing and care staff, ensuring they are trained and confident in delivering care.
• Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
• Liaise with families, external professionals, and stakeholders to provide the best service possible.

About You:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
• Proven senior experience in a clinical setting, ideally within a care home environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for delivering high standards of care and supporting others to do the same.
