Job Description:

Private Mental health Hospital has a new and exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team.

About the Hospital:

The service is designed to provide high-quality care for adult males with acute and complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high standards of nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and hospital policies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the relevant healthcare professionals.
- Support patients in managing their mental health and achieving their personal goals.
- Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery and positive mental health.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Experience working in a psychiatric care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.
