Hours: 36 to 48 hours per week
Salary: From £22.19 per hour (with paid breaks)
Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in a family run nursing homes Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients, working both day and night shifts on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
