Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with best practices
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
• Provide compassionate end-of-life and palliative care
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Lead and support care staff to maintain exceptional standards of care
• Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions, ensuring individualised care plans are followed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with CQC standards

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified RGN with a valid NMC pin
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing exceptional care
• Well-spoken, with excellent communication skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with elderly residents
• A team player with a caring and empathetic nature
