Your Role & Responsibilities: 🔹 Deliver person-centered dementia nursing care
🔹 Administer medication and oversee care planning
🔹 Support residents with complex care needs compassionately
🔹 Maintain accurate clinical records and meet CQC standards
🔹 Mentor and guide junior team members
🔹 Communicate clearly with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN
✅ A kind, compassionate approach to dementia care
✅ Strong team player with excellent communication skills
✅ Clinical confidence and a passion for elderly care
