Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record residents’ health status and progress.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Support residents and their families, providing education and guidance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess and manage complex care needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
