A leading ophthalmic care provider is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician with refractive surgery expertise to join their specialist team across East Grinstead and Oxshott. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic tests and assessments to support refractive and general ophthalmic procedures.
  • Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort.
  • Operate specialist ophthalmic equipment, including topographers, autorefractors, and OCT scanners.
  • Work alongside consultant ophthalmologists and surgeons to provide seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Essential: Experience in refractive surgery and ophthalmic diagnostics.
  • Strong knowledge of ophthalmic imaging, diagnostic techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent patient care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
  • Ability to work across East Grinstead and Oxshott as part of a specialist team.
