Registered Veterniary Nurse – Finsbury Park Area - Starting from £27,800 per annum - Join a Thriving Independent Practice in North London!

About Us:

We are a busy and progressive practice with modern equipment, including advanced ultrasound, laser therapy, bronchoscopy, endoscopy, digital X-rays (dental & full-body), and an in-house lab.

Your Role as an RVN:
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in the care and treatment of our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Surgical Nursing – assisting in theatre, monitoring anaesthesia, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care
  • Medical Nursing – inpatient monitoring, administering treatments, and working closely with vets on case management
  • Laboratory Work – running in-house blood tests, urinalysis, and preparing samples for external analysis
  • Diagnostics – assisting with radiography, endoscopy, ultrasound, and laser therapy treatments
  • Nurse Clinics – conducting weight clinics, post-operative checks, nail clipping, flea/worm treatments, and senior pet health checks
  • Client Education & Support – providing advice on pet care, nutrition, and preventative healthcare
  • Stock & Pharmacy Management – dispensing medications, managing stock levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Mentoring & Training – supporting and guiding student nurses and veterinary care assistants
