Rate: £18.72 per hour (Standard), £20.75 per hour (Sundays)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team in Benfleet, Essex. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to older adults with physical disabilities or rehabilitation needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, ensuring the well-being of our residents, and supporting their physical and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans to meet individual needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in training and development programs to maintain clinical skills

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
- Experience in nursing care for older adults or those with physical disabilities is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Flexibility to work days and nights as required
