About the Registered Nurse – Recovery Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Recovery team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients. Working closely with a skilled and supportive team, you will:
  • Plan, assess, implement, and evaluate patient care based on agreed pathways.
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions, adapting care plans as needed.
  • Foster a compassionate and empathetic environment that prioritizes clinical excellence.
  • Work flexibly across shifts (Monday to Saturday) with an on-call requirement.
  • This role is perfect for nurses who thrive under pressure and are ready to embrace change in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
 
About the Registered Nurse – Recovery
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • NMC registration and a proven commitment to continuous professional development.
  • A caring, empathetic, and motivated nature.
  • The ability to prioritize workload effectively and deliver results under pressure.
  • Relevant experience in the Recovery environment (12+ months preferred).
  • Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to work.
