We are a two-storey, purpose-built care home in Lancashire, featuring a beautiful red brick building with landscaped gardens and a scenic conservatory overlooking the grounds. Our facility includes 39 ensuite bedrooms, two spacious lounges, a dining room, a lift, and an on-site car park.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient progress
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in training and development programs

Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin
- Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Flexibility to work days and nights
