Staff Nurse – Nursing Home (Days and Nights)
Location: Armagh
Salary: Up to £21 per hour
Hours: Full Time and Part Time (Flexible shifts)
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at a reputable Nursing Home in Armagh. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high standards of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, keeping accurate records.
  • Monitor residents’ health and make recommendations for changes in care plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, physiotherapists, and support staff.
  • Offer leadership and support to junior staff and care assistants.
  • Ensure that all care practices adhere to the latest healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in a care home or elderly care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and nights, including weekends.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude towards your work.
Benefits:
