Occupational Therapist - Band 5 – Neurorehabilitation

About the Role

Step into a rewarding position as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, where you’ll:

Transform Lives: Deliver neurorehabilitation services to clients with brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions.
Collaborate and Lead: Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, managing your own caseload and creating tailored treatment plans.
Gain Hands-On Experience: Provide occupational therapy treatments both in the center and within the community, including home visits and liaising with key stakeholders.
Develop Your Skills: Enhance your ability to support clients with diverse physical, cognitive, and communication challenges.

About You

This role is ideal if you:

Hold a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
Have experience in neurology and multidisciplinary teamwork, whether through a student placement or post-graduate work.
Excel in self-management, organization, planning, and problem-solving.
Demonstrate initiative in prioritizing caseloads and applying clinical reasoning for sound decision-making.
Are committed to self-reflection and the continuous improvement of clinical skills.
Are passionate about supporting clients with complex needs and their families.
