Staff Nurse – Ideal Candidate

• Deliver specialist trachea and ventilator care
• Assist with clinical documentation, medication administration, and escalation of health concerns.

Staff Nurse – Key Requirements

• Essential: A Registered Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration.

• Understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
• Confidence in administering medication and managing workloads.
• Compassion, adaptability, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Desirable: Experience in neurorehabilitation, leadership skills, or proficiency with healthcare technology.
