Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a centrally located Nursing Home at the heart of Leyton in Walthamstow. Our home is purpose-built and designed to provide the highest standard of nursing care and comfort. The interior is stylishly decorated and furnished to offer safe, comfortable, and welcoming surroundings for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of care in accordance with the home's policies and procedures.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Support residents with daily activities and personal care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.
