- Assist in preparing for surgical procedures and ensuring equipment readiness
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operation flow
- Maintain high standards of patient care pre, during, and post-procedures
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Previous experience in a theatre environment
- Scrub experience
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
