Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with care plans.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, providing assessments and reporting any concerns.
- Lead and support care staff in delivering excellent care and support to residents.
- Create and maintain care plans, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
- £19 per hour, paid weekly.
- A supportive and friendly family-run environment.
- A 36-hour per week contract with flexible day shifts.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience in a nursing or care home setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
