Job Title: Qualified Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

We are an independent and progressive veterinary practice located in North Wales, currently undergoing exciting refurbishments to enhance our facilities and elevate patient care. As we continue to grow and transform, we are seeking a dedicated, qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our team during this exciting period of change.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care during consultations, treatments, and procedures.
• Prepare and administer anaesthetics, and monitor patients during surgeries.
• Manage the care of in-patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Perform routine nursing tasks, including wound care, medication administration, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain high standards of care.
• Engage with clients, providing information and support to ensure they feel valued and informed.
• Assist with reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with relevant qualifications and experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and colleague interaction.
• Clinical coaching experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum.
• 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus one additional wellbeing day.
