Role Overview

• Position: Staff Nurse (Band 5).
• Location: Purley.
• Service: Complex care for patients with diverse healthcare needs.
• Hours: 49 hours per week (flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends).
• Pay: Up To £50,000
• CQC Rating: Good.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and manage patient symptoms, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
• Administer medications, perform clinical tasks, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: NMC Registered Nurse (Band 5).
• Experience: Previous experience in complex care settings is desirable but not essential.
• Skills: Strong clinical abilities, effective communication, and teamwork.
• Attributes: Empathetic, organised, and committed to delivering person-centred care.
