Are you a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) looking to join a luxury care home in Guildford? Our long-standing Home Manager, who has been leading the team for over 10 years, fosters a warm and supportive environment for both staff and residents. With a reputation for high-quality care, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse who has experience working in nursing homes and shares our commitment to providing exceptional care.

Your Responsibilities: 🔹 Deliver high-quality nursing and end-of-life care in line with the Gold Standards Framework
🔹 Administer medication and manage care plans tailored to individual needs
🔹 Provide clinical leadership and supervise care staff to maintain outstanding standards
🔹 Work closely with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
🔹 Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practices in elderly care

What We’re Looking For: ✔ A Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a valid NMC pin
✔ Previous experience in a nursing home setting
✔ Passion for palliative and end-of-life care
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Commitment to delivering person-centred care
