Registered Nurse – Float Pool | Day Shifts | Up to $167K

A well-established hospital in New York is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their Float Pool. This is a great opportunity to broaden your clinical experience, work across diverse inpatient settings, and develop advanced decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer:

• Full-time, day-only shifts (7am–7pm), 13 shifts every 4 weeks
• Alternate weekends and holidays
• Salary range: $131,977–$167,038
• Work across med/surg, step-down, and specialist units
• Supportive leadership and ongoing training opportunities

What You’ll Need:

• New York State RN license and BSN (required for hires after 1/1/18)
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Willingness to work across multiple departments
• Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills

Additional Certifications (as needed for specific units):

• PALS, NRP, oncology-related certifications, or de-escalation training
