Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our friendly and long-standing team at our 30-bed nursing home in Boston, Lincolnshire.
For over 15 years, our home has been at the heart of the local community—providing person-centred care to our residents and building strong relationships with families, GPs, and local services. 🔹 The Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations. You’ll play a vital role in leading the nursing and care teams, ensuring that quality care is delivered to every resident.
This is a 36-hour per week position, with a blend of clinical shifts and supernumerary (non-clinical/administrative) hours, offering a great mix of hands-on care and leadership responsibility.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in delivering high standards of care and clinical governance.
• Lead, mentor and supervise the care and nursing team to ensure excellent care delivery.
• Ensure individual care plans are created, reviewed, and updated regularly.
• Participate in audits, care reviews, and contribute to staff training and development.
• Be a point of contact for families, professionals and regulatory bodies.
• Help ensure the home continues to meet or exceed regulatory and company standards.

🔹 Skills & Experience

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Essential
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior nursing role within elderly care – preferred
• Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of CQC and care standards
• Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
