Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our friendly and long-standing team at our 30-bed nursing home in Boston, Lincolnshire.
For over 15 years, our home has been at the heart of the local community—providing person-centred care to our residents and building strong relationships with families, GPs, and local services. We’re proud to be rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to high standards and genuine care.

🔹 The Role As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations. You’ll play a vital role in leading the nursing and care teams, ensuring that quality care is delivered to every resident.
This is a 36-hour per week position, with a blend of clinical shifts and supernumerary (non-clinical/administrative) hours, offering a great mix of hands-on care and leadership responsibility.


🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in delivering high standards of care and clinical governance.
  • Lead, mentor and supervise the care and nursing team to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Ensure individual care plans are created, reviewed, and updated regularly.
  • Participate in audits, care reviews, and contribute to staff training and development.
  • Be a point of contact for families, professionals and regulatory bodies.
  • Help ensure the home continues to meet or exceed regulatory and company standards.

🔹 Skills & Experience
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Essential
  • Previous experience in a leadership or senior nursing role within elderly care – preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of CQC and care standards
  • Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
