Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at our reputable nursing home in Waltham Abbey. Our facility has received a GOOD rating from the CQC, reflecting our commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of nursing care to residents in accordance with current evidence-based professional practice and company policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring that all clinical records are maintained accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents, recognizing and responding to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure that all residents' needs are met.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain current nursing knowledge and competencies.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience working in a nursing home environment.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
