South Central Westchester | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm
Salary: $125,359–$188,049 DOE

We’re working with a leading health provider in South Central Westchester to source an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a focus on cardiology and anticoagulation. This is a day-shift, Monday to Friday role within a highly regarded clinical pharmacy service that plays a critical role in supporting patient safety and optimising therapeutic outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Delivering evidence-based clinical pharmacy services with a focus on cardiology and anticoagulant therapy.
  • Providing expert consultation and support to prescribers on the safe, effective use of medication within your specialism.
  • Leading and participating in clinical interventions to improve prescribing quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supporting the professional development of pharmacy staff through mentoring and clinical education.
  • Contributing to internal audits, quality assurance and patient safety initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
  • PharmD degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Current NY State Pharmacy Registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical pharmacy setting with a focus on cardiology or high-risk patient groups.
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Composure under pressure and the ability to balance accuracy with efficiency.
