Staff Nurse (Family Run Nursing Home)

Position: Staff Nurse – Good CQC Dementia Nursing Home
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire
Rate of Pay: Starting from £22.50 per hour + Additional Benefits
Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at a reputable Dementia Nursing Home in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with precision and care.
• Regularly assess and monitor residents’ health and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide both emotional and physical support to residents, encouraging independence and dignity.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a nursing home, with a focus on dementia care, is essential.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent care to those living with dementia.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage care effectively.
