O.R. Scrub Technician – Outpatient Surgery Location: South Central Westchester, NY

Salary: $73,326 - $109,989
Hours: Full-time, Day shifts (7 AM – 3 PM)
A leading healthcare provider in South Central Westchester is seeking an experienced O.R. Scrub Technician to join their Outpatient Surgery team. This role provides essential surgical support, ensuring efficient procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and anticipating surgeon needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain strict sterile techniques throughout operations.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Handle and prepare specimens following hospital protocols.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
• Assist in instrument decontamination and case preparation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or completion of a military surgical technology program.
• Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
