Position: Staff Nurse (RGN)
Location: Selby, North Yorkshire
Rate of Pay: £20 per hour + Additional Benefits

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our well-regarded, CQC-rated Good Nursing Home in Selby, North Yorkshire. Our home specialises in providing excellent Dementia Care, and we are seeking an individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care of our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about nursing but also has experience and understanding of dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' health and well-being.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
• Leading a team of care assistants in the delivery of care.
• Ensuring the home remains in line with all health and safety regulations.

Essential Criteria:

• RGN qualified (Registered General Nurse).
• A valid NMC Pin number.
• Experience in dementia care is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for nursing.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
• An empathetic and caring nature.
