Registered Manager – Supported Living / Domiciliary Care

Are you an experienced and motivated CQC Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate leader to launch and grow our brand-new branch in Barking, supporting adults with a variety of needs through Supported Living and Domiciliary Care services.

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a new service, build a high-performing team, and make a real impact from day one.

About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and development of the service. You'll lead on all aspects of registration, care quality, and business growth—bringing your experience, energy, and connections to shape a successful and sustainable branch.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Register with the CQC and ensure full regulatory compliance
🔹 Lead and develop care staff and team leaders
🔹 Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance
🔹 Build relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and stakeholders
🔹 Grow the branch through networking and referrals
🔹 Manage budgets, rotas, and staff performance
🔹 Ensure the highest standards of person-centered care and safeguarding

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary or Supported Living care
✅ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
✅ Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
✅ Proven ability to grow and develop a care service
✅ Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
✅ A well-established network in Barking or the surrounding area
