- Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Acute Service
- Rehabilitation and Recovery (R&R) Service
We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adults with complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviors.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients in line with best practice and hospital policies.
- Promote a therapeutic environment, contributing to recovery-focused outcomes.
- Act as a role model for junior staff and support their professional development.
- You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a valid NMC registration.
- Experience in working with adults with mental health needs and challenging behaviors is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate care.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.
