Staff Nurse (Family Run Nursing Home)

Position: Staff Nurse – Dementia Nursing Home
Location: Pudsey, West Yorkshire
Rate of Pay: Starting from £23 per hour + Additional Benefits
Shifts Available: Day and Night shifts
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at a dedicated Dementia Nursing Home in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of those living with dementia, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to residents living with dementia, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with attention to detail.
• Regularly monitor residents’ conditions and update care plans as required.
• Provide emotional and physical support to residents, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a nursing home, particularly in dementia care, is essential.
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with an active NMC pin.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent care to those with dementia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team.
