Lead Occupational Therapist – Specialist Rehabilitation Centre, Surrey - Up to £50,000 p/a (DOE)

Are you ready to elevate your career? We are looking for a committed Lead Occupational Therapist to join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team at a specialist rehabilitation centre in Surrey. This is a remarkable opportunity to positively impact lives by supporting individuals recovering from brain injuries, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions.

Tier 2 visa sponsorship is available for candidates currently residing in the UK.

In this influential leadership role, you will guide the Occupational Therapy team, champion clinical excellence, and spearhead innovation in neurorehabilitation. You will also contribute significantly to inpatient rehabilitation for local NHS Trusts and enhance outpatient services.

Lead Occupational Therapist – Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy team, fostering collaboration and high professional standards.
  • Conduct independent assessments and treatments for clients with complex neurological and physical injuries, creating tailored rehabilitation and discharge plans.
  • Collaborate with admissions teams, discharge coordinators, and community therapy services to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Track client progress, maintain comprehensive records, and prepare detailed reports to support optimal outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff, nurturing their growth and development.
  • Drive service improvements and uphold a culture rooted in evidence-based practice.
Lead Occupational Therapist – Ideal Candidate
