Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to our elderly and dementia patients. This is a full-time position offering both day and night shifts, with competitive pay of £19.00 per hour plus paid breaks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and respond effectively to any changes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' health status and care provided
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide support and education to residents and their families regarding health and wellness
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in elderly and dementia care preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to providing the highest standard of care
