Location:  Durham 

Shift Pattern: Days and Niight 

Salary: Up to £21.50 per hour (Paid breaks)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a permanent basis for night shifts in a family run nursing home in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to resident.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, responding to any changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Ensure the nursing floor is well-managed and residents' needs are met.
- Support and supervise carers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous experience working night shifts in a nursing home or similar setting.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
