Salary: Up to £20 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week (Days and Nights available)
About Us: We are a well-established, family-run nursing home based in the heart of Aberystwyth, providing high-quality care to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support, and we are looking for a skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our family.
The Role: As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN), you will play a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will provide outstanding care in both day and night shifts, working closely with a supportive and committed team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, and delivering care to residents in line with their individual needs
• Administering medication and managing care plans
• Providing emotional and physical support to residents and their families
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff members

Who We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with a valid NMC Pin
• Passionate about providing high-quality care
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience in a nursing home or care setting is desirable but not essential
• A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their families
