Staff Nurse (Family Run Nursing Home)

Location: Epsom (Easily accessible from Sutton, Reigate, and Leatherhead)
Salary: £24 - £26 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights Available

We are a 30-bedded nursing home in Epsom that has been providing exceptional elderly and dementia care for over 30 years. With a long-standing, dedicated team and a Good CQC rating, we are proud of the warm and supportive environment we offer both residents and staff. Our current manager has been leading the home for over 10 years, ensuring stability and continuity of care.

The home is easily accessible from Sutton, Reigate, and Leatherhead, making it a convenient location for candidates in the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and manage care plans effectively
• Monitor residents' health, recognising and responding to changes in condition
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring best practices are followed
• Liaise with residents' families, GPs, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care

What We’re Looking For:

• A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
• Previous nursing home experience (essential)
• A passion for elderly and dementia care
• A team player with excellent clinical and leadership skills
