Staff Nurse (Established Nursing Home)

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with experience in a nursing home setting? We have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our well-established 70-bedded nursing home in Addlestone, which specialises in end-of-life care and dementia care.

Our home is easily accessible and commutable from Chertsey, Woking, and Weybridge, making it a great opportunity for nurses in the surrounding areas looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents, particularly those requiring end-of-life and dementia care
• Administering medication and ensuring clinical best practices are followed
• Supporting residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Previous experience in a nursing home is essential
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elderly care
• A compassionate and professional approach, particularly in dementia and end-of-life care
