The Role:
As a nurse within our nursing home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team of healthcare professionals and family members, ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• Conducting assessments of residents' health and care needs
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans
• Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained
• Providing guidance and support to care staff
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in line with regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A passion for providing person-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
