About the Role

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) comes with a flexible shift pattern, offering the perfect work-life balance.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience in general radiography with specialized training in MRI.
• Proficiency in IT systems such as RIS/PACS.
• Strong understanding of operational systems and processes within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of the College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct.
• In-depth knowledge of Radiation Regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality imaging services safely and efficiently in the Imaging Department.
• Perform general and specialized radiographic procedures, ensuring the right techniques are applied, as directed by the Clinical Services Manager - Imaging or Clinical Lead.
• Conduct imaging examinations according to departmental policies, minimizing radiation exposure while ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
• Uphold best practices in radiation protection, safety, and compliance with all Local Rules and Systems of Work.
