About the Role
This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) comes with a flexible shift pattern, offering the perfect work-life balance.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
- HCPC registration.
- Experience in general radiography with specialized training in MRI.
- Proficiency in IT systems such as RIS/PACS.
- Strong understanding of operational systems and processes within the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of the College of Radiographers and HCPC Code of Conduct.
- In-depth knowledge of Radiation Regulations.
- Provide high-quality imaging services safely and efficiently in the Imaging Department.
- Perform general and specialized radiographic procedures, ensuring the right techniques are applied, as directed by the Clinical Services Manager - Imaging or Clinical Lead.
- Conduct imaging examinations according to departmental policies, minimizing radiation exposure while ensuring diagnostic-quality images.
- Uphold best practices in radiation protection, safety, and compliance with all Local Rules and Systems of Work.
