Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive paediatric primary care services, including well-child exams, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for paediatric patients.
• Educate families on preventative care, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a valid New York State NP licence.
• Strong experience in paediatric primary care or a related setting.
• Passion for working with underserved communities and delivering patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
