Are you a caring and committed Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for a fulfilling opportunity in a supportive care environment? We are a 30-bedded nursing home in Bristol, proudly rated Good by the CQC, delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
This is a fantastic chance to join a family-run service where residents and staff are at the heart of everything we do. The home is led by a dedicated and experienced Manager who has been with the service for over 5 years, ensuring stability, support, and a genuine team spirit.

Your Role & Responsibilities: 🔹 Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care
🔹 Administer medications and develop individual care plans
🔹 Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being
🔹 Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with CQC standards
🔹 Work closely with a skilled care team, offering guidance and support
🔹 Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
✅ Passionate about elderly care and making a positive difference
✅ Strong clinical and communication skills
✅ Team player with a kind and empathetic approach
