About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our purpose-built nursing home in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of care for our 30 nursing residents within a home that has achieved a Good CQC rating. You will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinical aspects of the home and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the delivery of high-quality care.
- Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare assistants.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager in ensuring the home operates efficiently and meets the required standards.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents, promoting dignity and independence.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support for the nursing team.
- Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
