Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our purpose-built nursing home in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of care for our 30 nursing residents within a home that has achieved a Good CQC rating. You will work closely with the Home Manager to lead the clinical team and ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the clinical aspects of the home and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare assistants.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager in ensuring the home operates efficiently and meets the required standards.
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents, promoting dignity and independence.
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support for the nursing team.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN, RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a current NMC pin.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in elderly care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
