A beautifully privately owned nursing home in Epsom is seeking an excellent night nurse to join our dedicated team. Our facility specializes in providing exceptional care for individuals with nursing and dementia needs and is proud to have a Good CQC rating.

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (RGN) to work shifts and provide high-quality care to our 27 residents. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, delivering personalized care plans, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and report any changes to the senior team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide support and guidance to care assistants working during night shifts
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, including NMC standards

Requirements:
- RGN qualification
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care
