An established Private Surgical Centre in Milton Keynes is seeking a skilled Theatre Manager to oversee surgical services across various specialties, including ENT, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery. This managerial role is ideal for a nurse ready to drive exceptional patient care while managing and mentoring a talented theatre team.

Role Overview:

• Manage and coordinate theatre operations across multiple specialties, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and support the nursing team, fostering a culture of patient safety and excellence.
• Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and hospital standards.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, and resource allocation within the theatre department.

Candidate Requirements:

• NMC registration with substantial experience in theatre nursing.
• Proven management experience within a surgical or theatre setting.
• Strong organisational abilities and a dedication to high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
