A prestigious private healthcare facility in London is seeking an experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner specializing in scrub roles to join their esteemed team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within the surgical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the scrub team, ensuring the seamless delivery of surgical services and maintaining top-tier patient safety.
  • Perform scrub duties for various surgical procedures, adhering strictly to sterile techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with surgical teams to anticipate needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and preparation of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in policy development and implementation to continuously enhance surgical services.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Registered as a Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Extensive experience in scrub roles within a surgical environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team leadership.
