An independent and progressive veterinary practice in North Wales is looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to take on a dual role as Head Nurse/Practice Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing team and shape the future of a forward-thinking practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, training, and development.
• Provide hands-on nursing care during consultations, treatments, and surgeries.
• Monitor anaesthesia and manage in-patient care with clinical precision.
• Assist with the rollout and management of the new Health Care Plan.
• Conduct routine nursing tasks, diagnostics, and liaise with clients to ensure the best outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with vets and the wider team to maintain clinical excellence and smooth practice operations.
• Manage stock control and contribute to practice administration.
