Key Responsibilities
- Hold Part 1 Registration (Adult) with the NMC.
- Manage nursing care for patients in line with the hospital’s policies, ensuring safety and optimal resource utilization.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Develop clinical practice and professional competence while committing to personal and professional growth.
- Promote and adhere to hospital policies and high-quality care standards.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- 12 months recent post-registration nursing experience.
- A minimum of 6 months continuous surgical nursing experience.
- Registered Nurse (Adult), part 1 of the NMC register.
