Job Title: Permanent Staff Nurse
Location: Reputable Nursing Home, North Shields, Tyne And Wear
Salary: From £21 per hour with paid breaks
Working Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our reputable nursing home in North Shields, Tyne And Wear. Our facility has consistently received a 'Good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) across all five categories, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications accurately and responsibly
- Monitor and oversee the health and well-being of patients
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and staff members
- Uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Valid nursing qualification and registration (NMC Pin)
- Demonstrated experience in elderly care is preferred
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex care needs
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
